Welcome to Neuraventy. These terms govern your use of our AI integration for business automation services at neuraventy.click.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neuraventy services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Definitions

• Service: AI integration for business automation offered by Neuraventy.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing the Service.
• Goods: Physical hardware items provided by Neuraventy.
• Info Products: Digital guides, templates, and courses offered by Neuraventy.

3. Scope of Services

Neuraventy provides consulting, implementation, and support for AI integration in business workflows. Info Products include digital materials sold on neuraventy.click. Goods include any hardware or equipment delivered to you.

4. User Obligations

You must provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and use the Service only as permitted by these terms.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due as set forth in your agreement or order form. Payments must be processed through approved methods. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement.

6. Refund Policy

a. AI Integration Services

You may request reimbursement within 14 days of the service start date. We will evaluate each request and, if accepted, process a credit to your original payment method within 10 business days. Where available, you may transfer the engagement to another project or team member at no extra charge. Customized services that have commenced are not eligible for reimbursement due to allocation of specialized resources.

b. Info Products

If the digital materials do not meet your needs, you may request reimbursement within 7 days of download. Approved requests are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please review available previews before purchase, as Info Products are delivered instantly and are non-recoverable once accessed.

c. Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and unused. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or process a reimbursement to your original payment method within 7 business days. You are responsible for shipping costs for sending back the item unless the item is defective. Custom-manufactured goods are not eligible for reimbursement due to bespoke production requirements.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuraventy’s liability in connection with these terms and the Service is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
